Account Creation & Security
- Each user may only create one account.
- Accurate and up-to-date information is required at the time of registration.
- Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- Your account may not be shared with anyone else.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- 343 will never ask for your password via email.
- 343 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 343 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Playing games or placing bets using fraudulent methods or bots.
- Using the platform to harass or harm other users.
- Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
343 reserves the right to close any account and withhold deposited funds in the event of any of the prohibited activities listed above.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 343 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.
- The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the platform.
- Only payment methods registered in the user's own name are permitted.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be reversed.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 24–72 hours to process.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- 343 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure Terms
343 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate account closure.
Accounts operated using false information or another person's identity will be closed.
Any account found to have engaged in fraud, bot usage, or illegal transactions will be permanently closed.
Users may also close their account voluntarily by contacting the support team. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Applicable Law
343 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, network outages, or third-party actions. The platform provides its services on an "as is" basis.
All content, logos, designs, and technology on the 343 platform are the intellectual property of 343. Copying or using any materials without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. 343 may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
